Again, this year the artistic director Antonio Monda, the members of the selection committee, Richard Peña, Giovanna Fulvi, Alberto Crespi, Francesco Zippel, Valerio Carocci, and Mario Sesti, Retrospective Curator, will offer the audience a brief anthology of films that influenced their passion for cinema. After western, musicals, noir, screwball comedy, in 2020 it will be the turn of science fiction. Each film will be introduced by a conversation featuring directors, actors, and other guests. Furthermore, before each Rome Film Fest screening, a scene from the most famous and beloved science fiction film of all times will be screened.
