VIVA IL CINEMA!
The Arena at Santa Maria della Pietà is realised by Zètema Progetto Cultura and Fondazione Cinema per Roma and promoted by Roma Capitale, as part of the new “Viva il cinema” initiative that will bring the seventh art to the city’s suburbs, with three different open-air cinemas for a total of forty-four free screenings. From 4 to 18 July, a space will be set up in Tor Bella Monaca, in via Giovanni Castano (VI Municipio), while from 5 to 19 July there will be one in the Corviale area, at the Renato Nicolini Library (XI Municipio).
The project funded by the European Union Next Generation EU as part of the National Plan for Resilience and Recovery (PNRR) is one of the Intangible Interventions included in the planning programme titled Piani Urbani Integrati M5C2-Investimento 2.2, designated for the suburbs of Metropolitan Cities.
