From 6th to 23th July 2023, the outdoor area of the Teatro India will host a summer arena of about 400 seats, with a review of Italian cinema entitled “Luglio sotto un sipario di stelle al Teatro India”, which will take place over three consecutive weekends, from Thursday to Sunday (at 9 p.m.), for a total of twelve screenings with free admission.

The programme will pay tribute to three great protagonists of Italian cinema whose career on the big screen is inextricably linked to that of the theatre: Mario Martone, Toni Servillo and Anna Magnani. The films will be introduced by directors, actors and film critics.
