#RomaFF14 | Rome Film Fest Joins FIAPF
The Rome Film Fest has been accredited by FIAPF as a non-competitive International Film Festival. The FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers’ Associations) is a popular international federation established in 1933, which brings together 34 organizations from 27 countries all over the world. Representing film producers worldwide, FIAPF also provides the film industry with a quality label for international film festivals granted to a limited number of festivals in the world.
“We are extremely proud to be included by such a prestigious Federation together with the most prominent festivals recognized internationally. It is a result that rewards our hard work and dedication as well as the absolute commitment that – in the last few years – we have put on the growth of this event at both national and international level” (Antonio Monda, artistic director of the RFF).
“FIAPF members have unanimously approved Rome Film Fest joining the accredited festivals community. By granting this accreditation, FIAPF wishes to recognize the important role played by the Festival which, as a non-competitive Film Festival, is fully dedicated to the audience while providing a high-level platform for the promotion of films” (Florence Girot, Festivals Director of the FIAPF).
