Five Oscars® to “Moonlight” & “Manchester by the Sea”

Five Oscars® were bestowed upon two films presented during the eleventh edition of the Rome Film Fest: Moonlight by Barry Jenkins, opening film of the event, and Manchester by the Sea by Kenneth Lonergan.

– Academy Award for Best Film
– Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor (Mahershala Ali)
– Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay (Barry Jenkins and Tarell Alvin McCraney)

Manchester by the Sea by Kenneth Lonergan
– Academy Award for Best Actor (Casey Affleck)
– Academy Award for Best Screenplay (Kenneth Lonergan)
