Tickets for the fourth edition of the International Rome Film Festival can be purchased starting on September 28, 2009, at the Central Ticket Office inside the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Viale Pietro de Coubertin, and at authorised LIS (Lottomatica Italia Servizi) ticket outlets.
For the first three days after tickets go on sale, a queue management system will be in place, issuing numbers at the entrance gate to the Auditorium Parco della Musica starting at 8.00.
From October 14-24, 2009, an additional ticket office inside the Cinema Village opposite the Auditorium will also be handling sales.

• from September 28 to October 13, the Central Ticket Office will be open from 11.00 to 20.00
• from October 14 to October 24, the Central Ticket Office and the Cinema Village Ticket Office will be open from 9.00 to 23.00
• from October 17 to October 23, the Cinema Metropolitan Ticket Office will be open from 16.00 to 23.00
• from October 17 to October 22, the Salacinema LOTTO Ticket Office will be open from 14.00 to 23.00

DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL RATES :

• "Alice nella città" premieres offer a family package: a 20% discount on each ticket for the purchase of 4 or more tickets for each family.
• Four different discount ticket packages are available at the Auditorium ticket offices:

1. GOLD : 2 tickets for Out of Competition - Anteprima screenings and 2 tickets for Competition 2009 screenings for the price of €43;
2. DAY : a 20% discount on the purchase of 3 tickets for 3 different screenings on the same day, in all festival sections;
3. LIGHT : a 30% discount on the purchase of 6 tickets for 6 different screenings that start before 18.00, in all sections;
4. EXTRA : 6 tickets for 6 different screenings in the EXTRA section, in the Sala Petrassi and Teatro Studio, at the price of €24.

• For festivalgoers aged 18 to 26 or over 65, there is a 10% discount on the full ticket price.
• Please note that discounts for agencies and associations that have special arrangements with the Fondazione Cinema per Roma are available exclusively at the Central Ticket Office at the Auditorium, the Cinema Village ticket office, and the Salacinema Lotto.
• Tickets costing €3 are not subject to any discounts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• Festivalgoers may purchase up to 10 tickets per person, and no more than two tickets for the same film.
• Admittance inside the theatres is permitted up to and no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the screening.
• Since the films being screened have not yet been submitted for rating, festivalgoers under 18 will not be admitted to any of the screenings except those for the section "Alice nella città".
• All screenings are in the original language with subtitles in Italian for foreign films, and subtitles in English for Italian films.
• For the duration of the Festival, the public will have free admittance to the inside of the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the Red Carpet up to 18.00, after which valid tickets for the evening's screenings must be presented to gain admittance. After 18.00 tickets may be purchased and pre-paid tickets picked up at the Cinema Village ticket office.
• Appropriate dress is required for the Festival's evening screenings.
