Video Library 2011
What is it about
Thanks to a collaboration with RAI Trade Department, The Business Street offers all its participants a digital Video Library.
The Video Library will help increasing films’ visibility and will offer a more efficient consultation process for film professionals granting an extra chance to see the films they missed at the screenings.
The Video library will feature:
- titles presented at TBS;
- titles in the official sections of the Film Festival;
- previous works of NCN selected directors;
additionally, sellers who book screenings at TBS may include also their line up titles in the video library. In this case a separate form should be filled: Video library registration form
Why - Lets go digital
Digital technology will facilitate the provision of the best possible service: simultaneous viewing of the same title by different users; accurate and timely reports for the companies presenting the films, fast access to film data like synopses, casts, credits, and sales agents, by means of an easy-to-use web interface.
Where and When
During The Business Street (October 27-31, 2011), a Video Library will be open at Hotel Bernini Bristol (1st floor).
How - Secure and user-friendly
Access is limited to The Business Street accredited participants.
The system is accessed through an interface requiring every individual to log in using a personal identification code, which can be collected at the Video Library desk (by showing the TBS badge)
The International Rome Film Festival commits to ensuring the security of the technology used: the system is not connected to any external system and/or internet network.
