Fond. Cinema Roma - The winners of the collateral awards

Today, on the 4th of November 2011, the Collateral Awards for the sixth edition of the International Rome Film Festival have been presented:

- The  L.A.R.A Award (Libera Associazione Rappresentanza di Artisti) for the best Italian actor went to Francesco Scianna for his performance in L’Industriale
A Special Mention went to Francesco Turbanti for his performance in the film I primi della lista by Roan Johnson

- Farfalla d’oro Award – Agiscuola
Hotel Lux by Leander Haussmann


- ENEL CUORE Award
Girl Model by David Raimond and Ashley Sabin
A Special Mention went to the film The Dark Side of the Sun by Carlo Shalom Hintermann


- Hag Award – Pleasure Moments
Pina by Wim Wenders


- Lancia Eleganza e Temperamento Award
Zhang Ziyi for her performance in Love for Life


- 3 Social Movie Award
Pier Francesco Favino


- Special WWF “ Urban City – Green style” Award
African Women: the journey to a NobelPeace prize  by Stefano Scialotti


- Independent distribution Award for the best film to be revealed (Extra section)
Turn Me On, Goddammit! by Jannicke Systad Jacobsen


- Focus Europe Award for best European Project
"Rising Voices" by Bénédicte Liénard and Mary Jimenez


- Eurimages Co –production Development Award
"Off Frame" by Mohanad Yaqubi


During the course of the ceremony the winner of the Young Italian Film-makers Showcase was also announced:

Appartamento ad Atene by  Ruggero Dipaola
The film was screened at the end of the award ceremony.
